Washington D.C.’s Premier IT Support Team
About Us
We are the D.C. metro area’s IT support team. Businesses turn to us when consistent, unexpected issues become unacceptable. We are a service company that puts the needs of our clients first, and if that means going to ridiculous lengths to keep them operational, we do.
Founded in 1987, BEI has built a reputation for helping businesses overcome their technology obstacles. With a passionate, and somewhat obsessive, focus on documentation we’ve been able to help companies realize the power and predictability that comes from managing the technology details.
In order to put our clients first, we invest in our people, our family, so that our services come from caring. We simply do care about the success of every company we work with, because at the end of the day it’s a reflection on our dedication to doing IT right the first time.
